We are the Anglican Church community of Arundel and Weir and worship in Grace Church. We serve a huge geographical area originally established to meet the needs in the region through seven church buildings. Our territory includes Mont Tremblant to the north and extends south to Lost River and west to Namur. The congregation core is Anglican, however we welcome and warmly include regulars from other denominations. All worship services are concluded in the hall where most people attending stay to enjoy fellowship and refreshments
Where is God Working in Our Community?
God is working in this place through many "venues". The "ground zero" of God's work in this place is in the hearts and minds of each communicant as we individually struggle to hear, digest and express the incredible love Jesus so eloquently shared with us. The worship services lead by a number of clergy and lay leaders provide us with a refreshing kaleidoscope of spiritual nourishment. Our church's lay fellowship, empowered by Jesus' command to reach out to those in need, has found many ways to be of assistance locally and to others beyond our immediate region.
What is one thing we would like to share with the world around us?
The most important thing we want to share with our communities is the Good News delivered to us by Jesus. The Good News is that in and through Him we have available to us the option of receiving eternal life. In this world brimming with with endless threatening issues, it is important to know and share the fact that in the end through Jesus' help we are safe.
